Registering as a new patient at Heritage Smile Group is straightforward. You do not need a referral. You do not need to be an existing patient elsewhere. You simply let us know you are interested and we take it from there.
Complete the registration form on this page with your details and preferred practice location. A member of our patient care team will contact you within one working day to confirm your registration, answer any questions, and arrange your new patient examination at a time that suits you.
Please note: submitting this form registers your interest with Heritage Smile Group. Your registration is confirmed once a member of our team has spoken with you and your first appointment has been booked.
What Happens at Your First Appointment
Your first appointment is a comprehensive new patient examination. It is not just a quick look around. It is a proper clinical assessment designed to give both you and your clinician a full picture of your oral health before any decisions are made.
At your new patient examination you can expect:
- A thorough clinical examination of your teeth, gums, and soft tissues Dental x-rays where clinically appropriate
- An oral cancer screen
- An assessment of your bite and any existing restorations
- A written treatment plan with itemised costs if any treatment is recommended
- An honest conversation about your options with no pressure to proceed on the day
The examination fee is waived if you join our practice plan on the day of your first appointment.
