Your initial smile assessment with Dr Natasja is completely free and carries no obligation. During the consultation she will examine your teeth, discuss your alignment concerns and goals, assess your suitability for Invisalign, and recommend which category of treatment is appropriate for your case. You will leave with a clear understanding of the treatment involved and, where possible, an indication of the cost range before the Clin-Check confirms the final figure.
Invisalign Clin-Check - £325.00
The Clin-Check is the digital treatment simulation that maps out every tooth movement from your current position to your planned final result. It is produced following a 3D digital scan of your teeth and is reviewed with you at a dedicated appointment before your aligners are manufactured.
The Clin-Check serves two important purposes. It gives you a visual preview of your expected outcome before you commit to the full treatment. And it gives Dr Natasja the precise clinical data needed to confirm the treatment plan and the final cost.
The £325 Clin-Check fee is applied against the total cost of your Invisalign treatment when you proceed. If you choose not to proceed after reviewing your Clin-Check, the fee covers the clinical time and the digital planning work involved.
Invisalign Lite - Price on Consultation
Invisalign Lite uses up to 14 aligners per arch and is suited to minor to moderate alignment corrections, typically completed in as little as 6.5 months. The cost depends on the complexity of your specific case as determined by the Clin-Check.
The consultation and Clin-Check give Dr Natasja the information needed to confirm your exact Invisalign Lite cost. At the free consultation she will indicate whether Lite is the appropriate category for your case and give you a realistic cost range.
Invisalign Full - Price on Consultation
Invisalign Full uses an unlimited number of aligners for moderate to complex cases and typically takes between 12 and 24 months. As with Invisalign Lite, the cost is case-dependent and is confirmed following the Clin-Check.
At your free consultation Dr Natasja will assess your teeth and advise on whether Full or Lite is the more appropriate option. If your case is more straightforward than you expected, you may find Lite is sufficient. If it is more complex, Full will be recommended clearly and the reasons explained.
Invisalign Vivera Retainers - £400.00
Vivera retainers are made by Invisalign and are at least 30% more durable than standard clear retainers. They are supplied as 6 aligners across both arches, giving you a set of replacements ready to use rather than having to wait for new ones to be made every time a retainer needs replacing.
Retainers are an essential part of any Invisalign outcome. Without them, the teeth have a natural tendency to drift back towards their original positions. The £400 fee covers a full set of six Vivera retainers across both arches.

Invisalign pricing is not a single fixed fee because Invisalign is not a single fixed treatment. The cost of your treatment depends on several factors that can only be accurately assessed through a clinical consultation and Clin-Check.

The Inclusion of Retainers
Retainers are priced separately from the Invisalign treatment itself. Every patient who completes Invisalign treatment needs retainers to protect their result long term. The £400 Vivera retainer fee is a separate investment in maintaining the outcome of your treatment.

Fixed retainers are also available at £150 per arch for patients who prefer a bonded option. Dr Natasja will discuss your retention options at the end of your treatment.
