A Career Shaped by a Passion for Getting It Right
Dr Natasja qualified from the University of Manchester and spent several years working in general dentistry in Manchester before the pull of more complex, more demanding work became impossible to ignore.
She returned to postgraduate study and completed her MSc in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at Manchester, a discipline that sits at the intersection of clinical precision and aesthetic design. Prosthodontics is the field concerned with restoring and replacing teeth in a way that looks right, functions correctly, and lasts. It is a demanding specialism that requires an understanding of how teeth, bone, gum tissue, and facial structure all interact, and how to design restorations that work within all of those constraints simultaneously.
Alongside her MSc, she also holds the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, a postgraduate qualification that reflects her commitment to clinical standards well beyond what is required to practise as a dentist.
In 2014, she and Dr Nik took on Brunner Court Dental and Implant Practice together, and in 2016 she was recognised at the Women in Business Awards, winning the STEM Best Female Entrepreneur category for the North West. It was recognition not just of her clinical work but of the business they had built together: a practice grounded in quality, led with integrity, and growing on the strength of its results.
Croft Dental in Wilmslow followed in 2021, and Heritage Smile Group brought both practices together under a shared identity that reflects what they have always stood for.
