Fix Chips, Gaps and Uneven Teeth in a Single Visit with Composite Bonding

Most cases are completed in a single appointment, no needles, no drilling, and no waiting weeks for results. Just a smile you’re genuinely happy with, often the same day.

What Is Composite Bonding and Is It Right for You?

Tooth-coloured resin applied directly to your teeth, sculpted by hand, and hardened with a curing light. No laboratory. No lengthy process. In most cases, you walk in with a concern and walk out with a smile you are genuinely happy with.

The result looks natural because it is designed to look natural. Dr Natasja has an MSc in Prosthodontics from the University of Manchester. Understanding how teeth should look, how they interact with the face, and how to achieve a result that looks like yours at their best rather than something obviously cosmetic, is precisely what that qualification is about.

What Composite Bonding Can Fix

Gaps Between Teeth

Close unwanted spaces between teeth naturally. Dr Natasja assesses the proportions carefully to make sure the closure looks balanced across the whole smile.

Chipped, Cracked, or Broken Teeth

A chip repaired so well you cannot tell it was ever there. In most cases completed in a single appointment with no anaesthetic needed.

Uneven or Irregular Shape

Teeth that are slightly too short, too narrow, or inconsistent in shape can be reshaped and evened out for a more cohesive result.

Worn or Shortened Teeth

Teeth that have worn down over time can be restored to a better length and shape, improving both the appearance and function of the smile.

Minor Alignment Irregularities

Where teeth are very slightly out of position, bonding can create the appearance of better alignment without any orthodontic treatment.

Stained or Discoloured Teeth

Where whitening alone can't shift discolouration, such as with fluorosis, old restorations, or deep intrinsic staining, composite bonding can mask the affected areas for a consistently brighter result.

Why Patients Choose Composite Bonding

For patients who want to improve their smile without a big commitment, a lengthy process, or a large upfront cost, composite bonding is often the most sensible place to start. Here is why.

Done in a single visit

No waiting weeks for a laboratory. Most cases are completed start to finish in one appointment.

No permanent commitment

Unlike veneers, composite bonding involves minimal to no removal of tooth structure. It can be removed or adjusted in most cases.

A fraction of the cost of veneers

Composite bonding starts from £250 per tooth. Porcelain veneers start from £750. For patients with modest goals, bonding delivers a beautiful result at a significantly lower investment.

Natural-looking results

Applied freehand and sculpted to match your own tooth shape and colour. In Dr Natasja's hands, the results consistently look like a better version of your own teeth.

The Cheshire Dental Group That Puts Results Above Everything

Clinician-Led, Every Time

Both practices are owned and operated by the clinicians themselves. Dr Nik and Dr Natasja are not figureheads. They are the ones doing the work. Your treatment is planned and delivered by the people who built this group, not passed to a junior once the consultation is done.

Postgraduate-Level Expertise

Dr Nik's MSc in Implant Dentistry and Dr Natasja's MSc in Prosthodontics are not weekend courses. They are multi-year, clinically assessed postgraduate qualifications that represent the highest level of training available in their respective fields. You are being treated by clinicians who have invested seriously in being excellent at exactly what they do.

Honest Consultations, No Pressure

We will never recommend treatment you do not need. We will never push you into a decision you are not ready for. Our consultations are thorough, honest, and genuinely useful, whether you proceed with treatment immediately or decide to take more time. Free consultations are available for implants and Invisalign.

A Practice Environment Worth Coming To

Both practices have been designed to feel genuinely welcoming rather than institutionally clinical. Calm, unhurried, and comfortable in a way that immediately puts patients at ease. Because the experience of coming to the dentist matters almost as much as the clinical care itself.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Step 1: Warm Welcome

You’re greeted by name and made to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

We ask about your dental history, any current concerns, and what you’d like help with. This is your chance to tell us what matters to you.

Thorough check of teeth, gums, bite, and oral health. We look for decay, gum disease, and any problems that need attention.

Digital x-rays help us see between teeth and below the gum line where problems often hide.

We explain what we’ve found in language that makes sense, show you images if helpful, and answer all your questions.

If treatment is needed, we explain your options, timeline, and costs clearly before you decide anything. No pressure, no rushing.

Common Questions Asked by Patients

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. Heritage Smile Group is accepting new patients at both our Wilmslow and Northwich practices in Cheshire. Both adults and children are welcome. Call either practice or use the online booking system to arrange your first appointment.

Free consultations are available for all dental implant and Invisalign enquiries. For general and cosmetic dentistry, a new patient examination at £85, including x-rays, gives the clinician the full picture needed to provide an accurate treatment plan and cost. If you sign up to the practice plan on the day, the examination fee is waived.

Absolutely. We welcome patients who have not visited a dentist in years and patients who find dental visits genuinely difficult. Please mention your anxiety when you book and the team will prepare for your visit accordingly. We will go at your pace and never pressure you into anything you are not comfortable with.

Yes. At Heritage Smile Group, continuity of care is something we take seriously. For implant treatment, all procedures are carried out personally by Dr Nikhil Oberai from the initial consultation through to the final fitting. For cosmetic treatment, Dr Natasja Kashyap manages every case personally throughout.

Both practices offer emergency dental appointments for existing and new patients. Call the practice directly rather than booking online for emergencies so the team can assess your situation and prioritise your care. Emergency appointments are available during normal opening hours Monday to Friday.

Yes. Both practices welcome children as patients. We also offer a children’s practice plan at £5.50 per month, which includes two dental check-ups per year.

From our Wilmslow practice we serve east Cheshire and south Manchester including Alderley Edge, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Altrincham, and Hale. From our Northwich practice we serve central and south Cheshire including Winsford, Middlewich, Nantwich, Congleton, and Frodsham. If you are not sure which practice is most convenient, call either number and we will help.
